Customer service is always exemplary at Solopress. Having used them on many occasions for timely corporate needs, they always deliver on time and with great precision.

Brilliant customer service. My parcel did not reach me in time for the event I needed it for but this was down to mistakes from DPD rather than solopress. The people I spoke to, particularly Hannah and Terri were extremely efficient and friendly, and within minutes of my query I was issued a refund which I greatly appreciate. Obviously disappointed not be to be able to flyer my event but the way in which they dealt with this disappointment was so much better than my usual experience of customer service and I was really pleasantly surprised. Based on this I would use solopress again to print flyers, despite the delivery issues which, as I say, were really the fault of DPD.

Really pleased with my flyers, the staff I dealt with (Jess & Ria) were extremely helpful & the service was super quick. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a poster for my daughters baby shower and I sent the wrong download. I contacted solopress via email to see if they could change it Even though it was a bank holiday I had a reply the next day from Michael who was more than happy to change my order . I have received my poster today and it’s great . The cost was also very cheap compared to other companies I looked at. Great result and great customer service . Will definitely use this company again .

I've been using Solopress for years and have various accounts for different clients. I have never had any issues with them; someone is always ready to help. The latest rockstar is Emma, their fantastic designer! I approved a job and missed something, which she sorted out for me quickly with excellent communication—thanks Emma!

After a dodgy print, Solopress quickly resolved the issue and gave us a reprint free of charge. Jessica was extremely helpful and understood immediately why we weren't happy with the original product. Impressed with the customer service. Not received the reprint yet but I'm hopeful that the same issue will not arise.

About half of the ordered business cards were delivered damaged by fault of DPD. Solopress very kindly offered to reprint the entire order free of charge.

Terri from Solopress was SO helpful and arranged to have a job reprinted for free when a mistake was make - no fuss, straightforward and really helpful - would really recommend Solopress!
