"I liked that they had recycled paper..."
I liked that they had recycled paper and other more eco-friendly options available without making the whole ordering process feel like a project. I was only doing a small print run, but reading between the lines, it’s clear they’ve put some thought into giving people better choices without overcomplicating things. The website was straightforward, the prints turned out well, and I’d happily use them again

"Plenty of templates to work with"
I used solopress for some flyers, my first thought was, okay, this is going to save me some time. There were plenty of template options to choose from, and editing them was straightforward, which I really appreciated. A few of the designs did feel a bit samey, but overall I found something that worked without having to start from scratch. So yeah, happy with it.

I was really happy with Solopress. I’m not the most organised person, so I always get a bit panicky when I need printing done by a certain date, but they kept me updated with clear emails the whole way through. I knew what was happening at each stage, which made things much less stressful. I had a quick question too, probably because I hadn’t read everything properly, and they got back to me fast. No chasing, no guessing, just a simple and easy experience. I’d definitely use them again.

I’ve used solopress when I needed a few different bits printed, like flyers, cards and banners, and it was handy having everything in one place. Overall it was straightforward, but I did feel some of the choices were a bit limited, especially when I was trying to find specific sizes or finishes. I’m usually quite cautious with print orders because if the spec isn’t quite right, it can be an expensive mistake, so I would’ve liked the range to be easier to browse and a bit clearer. Not a bad service at all, I just wish there were more unusual options available.

"Reordering was honestly easy"
I used Solopress again for the same flyers, the reorder option saved me a lot of messing about. It only took a few minutes to sort. The only thing I’d say is the delivery update could’ve been a bit clearer.

"Really impressed with the flyers"
I ordered some flyers from solopress.com the paper quality was way better than I expected. It had a really nice thickness to it, not flimsy in the slightest, and the finish looked clean without being overly shiny. The colours came out nicely too, with no odd marks or that cheap printed feel you sometimes get. For the price, I was pretty much blown away. I’d definitely use them again

"A little disappointed, but it worked out"
I had some trouble getting my artwork sized correctly for printing, which was a bit frustrating. The support team did help me sort it out fairly quickly, though it took one more email than I was hoping for. In the end, everything was clear and my order went through fine. I’d probably use them again, but I wish the process had been a little smoother.

"Just show the full price upfront"
The order itself was fine, but I got a little impatient with the pricing. I wish they had made the costs clear right from the start instead of having extra charges pop up later. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely annoying and could be handled better.

The prints turned out fine, no real complaints there. I guess I just expected them to show up faster, maybe that’s on me, maybe not, but I needed them quickly, so the wait was frustrating. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just one of those annoying delays where you keep checking and thinking, “Okay, are they coming today?” Quality was good though.

I’m usually a little skeptical when a company makes everything sound too smooth and perfect, but my flyers actually came exactly how I ordered them. The print looked right, the quantity was correct, and there weren’t any weird surprises. Happy with it overall.

"The prints came out close to what…"
The prints came out close to what I was seeing on my screen, which was a relief. The colors looked nice and clear, maybe just a touch darker than the original file, but nothing that ruined it for me. I’m always a bit wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was glad everything turned out fine without needing to contact anyone. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably use them again.

"Good prints, just a little rough packaging"
My order showed up on time and the prints looked really good. The packaging was mostly okay, but one corner of the box was kind of crushed when it got here. Luckily, nothing inside was seriously damaged, just a few sheets had tiny bent edges. Not a huge deal, but maybe they could use a sturdier box or pack it a bit better next time. Still happy overall, though...

“They are a legitimate company and very professional have ordered all kinds of things like leaflets, brochures, pop up banners and had an excellent service and always there to help if you need it. Quick delivery and a very good price. I have been using them for 5 years and can't fault the service and delivery I have had.”
